“Since I've starting doing the drills Buddy taught me, my hitting has improved dramatically. I've gone 12 for 17 with 4 2B's and 2 HR's. This past Saturday I went 3 for 4 with 2 HR's and 7 RBI's. When I use these drills I don't think about anything at the plate except the drills, it puts me where I need to be. My swings feel effortless, but when I hit the ball I crush it.
Also, since I’ve been doing the drills I have been sleeping better/deeper, wake up relaxed, and have less stress and anxiety. Throughout the day I feel loose and relaxed. It’s been helping with my school work because I don't get freaked out from all the work; I just do it without worrying about it. It has been a huge improvement for me.”

I want to thank you for introducing me to PMPM. After working with you I noticed I am more relaxed at the plate and more confident. My average jumped instantly. I am a threat every at bat and even my outs are trouble. If I don't get a hit, then it is either a line drive to someone, or the fielder made a ridiculous play. The ball seems like a beach ball, and it is like time is slowing down during every pitch. The first tournament after my first lesson with you I went 3-4 with a homerun. I am in the right mindset during every situation. At the plate, I am just as relaxed with bases loaded 2 outs and down by one in the bottom of the 9th, as I am with no one on in the first. I would recommend this to anyone.

With Buddy's guidance, I was able to discover an aspect of hitting and the game of baseball that I had never been able to grasp. I had always struggled with over thinking and tension while hitting, but through the drills and concepts Buddy showed me, I was able to stop inhibiting myself at the plate. The training not only improved my mental game, but it eliminated the pain and discomfort that I used to feel from previously injured obliques. While working through the drills, I also noticed an improvement off the field in my sleeping patterns which became deeper and more regenerating. Buddy has something that all athletes should experience, no matter what their sport.
